We carry out the genetic study of the embryos in order to transfer only the genetically healthy ones<\/span><\/h3>
<\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Preimplantation genetic tests (PGT) allow the analysis the DNA of the embryos with which we can detect chromosomal abnormalities, avoiding the transfer to the woman\u2019s uterus of embryos affected by disease such as cystic fibrosis, thalassemia, Down\u2019s syndrome or muscular dystrophy, among others. Thereby, the transmission of hereditary diseases or chromosomal conditions that are not compatible with life is avoided.<\/p>\n

There are three types of PGD:<\/p>\n

PGT-A, the Preimplantation Genetic Test for aneuploidies detection.<\/p>\n

PGT-M, the Preimplantation Genetic Test for the detection of monogenic disorders<\/p>\n

PGT-SR, the Preimplantation Genetic Test for the detection of structural rearrangements.<\/p>\n

Genetic Testing<\/h3>
