OUR TREATMENTS
We are an assisted reproduction clinic with various treatments to achieve pregnancy. The best known is In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), however, we have many others such as egg vitrification.
This treatment consists of the ultra-fast freezing of the ovules for their conservation and later use. With this flash freezing, these cells are kept unaltered – preventing the formation of ice crystals for an indefinite time.
This treatment is indicated in:
– Women who want to delay their motherhood. From the age of 35, fertility rates in women are decreasing and at age 40 they drop sharply, so that, in many cases, pregnancy cannot be achieved with your own eggs.
– Cancer patients. In many cases, radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatments produce permanent infertility in women of childbearing age.
– Early ovarian failure caused by pathologies such as endometriosis, autoimmune diseases, collagen diseases or by a family history of early menopause.
The ideal age for this treatment is around 37 years old because at this age is when the woman has an ovarian donation of 25,000. From this moment, the loss of oocytes accelerates rapidly until reaching the time of menopause, in which the woman has only about a thousand.
OUR TECHNIQUES
We also have techniques, like PICSI. It consists of choosing the sperm that are more mature, stronger and more capable of fertilizing, since they are the most compatible with the ovum.
In this way, sperm are selected individually and have low fragmentation rates, which reduces the possibility of genetic alterations.
This technique is indicated for those couples in which the male has poor sperm quality, in couples who have suffered several repeat miscarriages, in couples with failed in vitro fertilization cycles and when the embryos are of poor quality.
